The PSR tourbillon features an unprecedented retrograde seconds display mechanism. A spiral cam is mounted directly on the tourbillon shaft. A sensor rests on this cam while the system is tensioned by a spring. It thus allows the display of the seconds on an arc of a circle and to suddenly go back to start again from its starting point.

Since the cam has a regularly increasing diameter, the movement of the tourbillon is not disturbed.

A choice of noble construction, the micro-rotor makes it possible to integrate an ultra-compact automatic winding mechanism into the movement. For maximum efficiency despite its small diameter, the winding is done bidirectionally. This elegant solution allows the caliber to be admired in all its splendour. The oscillations of the micro-rotor on the dial side bring animation and dynamism to the design

Schwarz Etienne alligator straps are made by saddlers from the finest leathers. Each Bracelet is handmade and hand sewn. An elegant and original signature, they are lined with brightly colored leather, as are some suits.

The appearance of the off-centre hour and minutes display and the retrograde seconds indication are accentuated with the use of natural fine stones.

The back of the La Chaux-de-Fonds Tourbillon models is engraved with a motif representing the cogs of the movement. A small circular opening, at the site of the tourbillon, makes it possible to admire its captivating ballet from different angles and to bring light into this exceptional mechanism.
