The complete service of your watch is a meticulous process requiring several hours of work. It ensures the preservation of its value, integrity and long-term reliability.
Each timepiece undergoes a thorough examination by our watchmakers. Following this assessment, a detailed estimate is provided for your approval before any work begins.
In the hands of our experts, every Schwarz Etienne watch is fully disassembled, inspected, cleaned and repaired if necessary. Service times vary depending on the type of intervention; for a contemporary model, a full service typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after acceptance of the estimate.
Full Service – Revision Process
In accordance with the high standards of the manufacture, our watchmakers carry out a thorough inspection of each timepiece, establishing a precise diagnosis of the work required.
Once the estimate is approved, the service is scheduled in line with the manufacture’s quality criteria, and a completion timeframe is communicated.
